Why do you feel some of your questions will never be answered?

Hello, to whoever reads this. I was planning on updating this earlier, but school got the better of me, and so...yeah, stuff happened ^^;

Anyway, this question comes from Kana, and it simply is:

'Why do you feel some of your questions will never be answered?'


Well, Kana, simply put, I don't ask them to begin with. If I have a question such as, 'What are your thoughts on gays, lesbians, and bisexuals?' I wouldn't ask, because everyone has their own opinion. It's nice to hear their opinion, but in the end, if I'm looking for someone who I hope would share my opinions and I don't find them, then I'll feel...how do I put? A little...betrayed. It would feel as if I was the only person who thinks the way I do, and that's something that I don't want to feel. It'll kind of make me feel isolated from everyone else, and that's something that I never want to experience again. It's not a nice feeling.


Of course, there are some questions that can't be answered, like, 'What came first, the chicken or the egg?' or, 'is the glass half full or half empty?' although, on the glass case, it all depends on your outlook. If you have a positive outlook, then you might say that the glass is half-full, whereas if you have a negative outlook, like I have, then you might say that the glass if half-empty. Questions like that all depend on the person, except for the chicken one.  No one can possibly answer that in confidence.

And so the rambling begins...

Hey, to whoever finds the time to read this.

So, this is Sophie, in case you haven't realised. I've started up this blog, mainly because I want to talk. About stuff. I'm not being vague; well, maybe I am, but I'll talk about anything. And I mean ANYTHING. The truth is, I have questions. And I want to know people's answers. So here's where you come in. If you have a question that you have been keeping to yourself for a while; maybe because it's embarrassing or because you don't want your friends to know, then feel free to share them with me. I'm just like you; I have many questions that have been left unanswered, and chances are, they will never be answered.

But anyway, when I update this blog, it'll be with different topics, and my opinions on them. For example, one week I may talk about my views on God or something. If a particular question is asked, then I shall try my best to give my opinions on the matter. For example, if someone asks the question, "What are your thoughts on racism?"

I would reply with:

"Racism is not a good thing, in my opinion. What right do people have to judge others? We're all the same; whether we're black or white makes no difference. Some people are racist; those people should stop and think for a moment how they are making other people feel. We're all human, so why can't we all just get along?"

These questions don't have to be that deep. They can simply be, "What's your favourite cartoon from your childhood?" to which I would reply with:

"Xiaolin Showdown. And to this day, there is not a better cartoon. Ever."

The answers will be based entirely on my own thoughts, feelings and opinions, so if you have a question, then ask away!
